Denise Dimitroff

Denise is passionate about the law. She practices commercial litigation including real estate, construction, commercial and residential leasing, and employment law. She manages files in various levels of court and tribunals, including Small Claims Court, Superior Court of Justice, and the Landlord Tenant Board.

Denise earned her first law degree in Bulgaria, and her LL.M. in Business Law from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law. She was admitted to the Bar in Texas in 2017 and she was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2022 after earning her National Certificate of Accreditation. She is licensed to practice law in both Texas and Ontario which gives her a unique perspective on cross-border matters.

In Texas, Denise practiced corporate law assisting corporations in global mergers and acquisitions. She brings this knowledge of the corporate world to her litigation practice allowing her to quickly assess corporate needs and provide useful insight to her clients.

Her perspective brings practical and cost-effective approach in resolving the matters, keeping her clients’ objectives at the forefront. She is solution-driven with a focus on guiding her clients through their legal issues, prepared for various scenarios and situations.

In her spare time, Denise enjoys the outdoors, yoga, and time with family. She is also passionate about community engagement and actively volunteers at Kerr Street Mission.
