Practice:
Robert Krizman practices corporate and commercial law. Robert's practice involves a broad spectrum of transactions including sales, acquisitions, mergers, reorganizations and financing. He drafts and reviews various commercial agreements including manufacturing, distribution and supply, license, franchise, lease, partnership and shareholders agreements. Robert acts as counsel for private companies and lenders in financing transactions. He advises on general corporate matters and assists in the formation and organization of all types of businesses including corporations, partnerships, sole proprietorships and joint ventures. Robert's practice services a wide range of sectors including manufacturing, distribution, retail, service, financial and technology.

- Counsel for lenders and borrowers on financing and loan transactions

- Advising clients on establishing and expanding their businesses
- Negotiation and preparation of commercial agreements
- Acted as legal counsel on the completion of a complex corporate and tax reorganization transaction for a company in connection with a sale of the business
- Acted as legal counsel for a company on the completion of an $18 Million financing transaction
