Owen Duguid
Practice:
Owen Duguid restricts his practice to the area of Real Estate law. His practice includes a range of residential, commercial, and municipal real estate matters including the purchase, sale, leasing and financing of real property, and subdivision and condominium registrations.
Professional Activities:
Owen is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Halton County Law Association.
Community Activities:
While at law school, Owen was involved in Pro Bono Students Canada, participating in a project that benefited Habitat for Humanity Kingston & Frontenac. He was also an executive member of the Queen’s Environmental Law Association.
Personal Interests:
Owen is an avid volleyball player, golfer, and traveller. While attending Queen’s University, Owen completed an academic exchange at the University of Sydney and earned a Certificate in Public International Law from the Bader International Study Centre at Herstmonceux Castle in East Sussex in the U.K.
