Tanya Leedale practises corporate and commercial law including, acquisitions, sales and mergers of business entities, corporate restructuring, professional incorporations, technology transfer and technology law, product distribution, domestic and international contract drafting and negotiations, employment, shareholder matters and corporate governance.
Tanya enjoys providing legal advice and assistance to clients at each stage of their business development from initial start-up, financing, growth and ultimate succession plan implementation. Tanya oversees a diverse client base encompassing small entrepreneurial business initiatives to large institutional enterprises.

- Establishing and expanding business initiatives including web-based consumer and B2B businesses
- Structuring and implementing acquisitions and financing of pharmacies
- Structuring and registration of health and other professional corporations
- Management buy-outs of technology and manufacturing operations
