OMH Welcomes Tina Liu to the Business Law Group

OMH is very pleased to announce Tina Liu has joined our Business Law group. She has more than 15 years of legal experience working at Bay Street’s law firms. Tina has a corporate and securities law practice with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, capital pool company qualifying transactions, private investment in public equity (PIPE) transactions, joint ventures and reorganizations. She also advises clients on a broad range of corporate commercial law issues, including structuring and organizing start-up operations, directors' and shareholders' meetings and corporate governance.
