HAL WATSON CHAIRS MAYOR’S TOURNAMENT FOR UNITED WAY OF MILTON – RAISES $162,011.00Once again, Harold R. Watson co-chaired the Mayor’s Golf Tournament for the United Way of Milton. The event was held on September 7, 2012 at Granite Ridge Golf Course and raised an amazing net profit of $162,011.00 for the United Way of Milton. Since the Tournament’s inception, it has raised over $1,450,000.00 for the United Way.
The event exceeded all expectations and constitutes a great start to the United Way’s Fundraising Campaign for 2012. Hal again worked very closely with the Mayor, Co-Chair Mario Belvedere and a great Committee, to achieve this result.
Hal has been a Chair of this of this event for the past 12 years since it commenced in 2001 and prior to that, chaired six golf tournaments for the United Way of Milton commencing in 1995.
