Biography
Lisa Scheulderman is a member of the Municipal and Land Use Planning group at O’Connor MacLeod Hanna LLP. She has extensive experience advising both municipal and private-sector clients on a broad range of municipal and land use planning matters.
Lisa provides legal advice and representation in matters involving municipal law, planning and development, expropriations, by-law enforcement, provincial offences and municipal governance. Her experience spans all aspects of municipal and planning law, from drafting and negotiating complex agreements to representing clients before the Ontario Land Tribunal and various levels of court.
Lisa has presented at numerous training sessions, legal seminars, and conferences on municipal and planning law. Her work has been published in the Canadian Competition Law Review and featured at the Annual National Forum on Administrative Law and Practice. During law school, Lisa was an oralist on the first-place team at the Canadian National Rounds of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot. Prior to attending law school, she worked in corporate banking with a major Canadian bank in Toronto.
