Welcome Back Josiah

OMH is pleased to welcome back Josiah Chan, who articled with the firm, and has recently joined our Litigation & Dispute Resolution team. 

His practice includes, but is not limited to, commercial, construction, civil, chancery, employment, and probate litigation. 

Josiah has a breadth of knowledge and expertise to provide, with his legal background encompassing different areas of law, as well as law practice in different languages. Being a ployglot, Josiah can provide legal services in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, allowing him to provide accessible legal services to Ontario’s diverse communities.
