OMH's Newest Business Lawyer: Gurjeet Taneja

Gurjeet Taneja is the newest member of OMH's Business Law Group. As one of the firm's Business lawyers, he advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. 

With more than a decade of experience in corporate governance, banking, finance, and commercial transactions, he brings a practical, business-minded approach to helping clients achieve their goals. His combined legal and business background, including experience with Scotiabank's Global Banking and Markets division, makes him a valuable addition to our Corporate team.
