Paul Stunt has over fourty years of experience in this field defending, and in the past prosecuting, all manner of criminal charges from murder to shoplifting. Over the past twenty years, he has practiced in the trial and appellate courts of Ontario representing those charged with criminal offences and prior to that was a Crown prosecutor including four years as Crown Attorney for Halton Region.
Paul represents adult and young offenders and has the expertise to take on even the most complex cases. A large part of this practice includes defending drinking and driving offences, domestic assaults, sexual assaults along with property-related offences such as theft, fraud and break and enters. Paul has experience before the Ontario Review Board and in representing people who have been victims of crime.
As a compliment to these areas of practice, Paul represents professionals and individuals in administrative matters involving allegations of harassment, professional misconduct and other employment issues in which the client is facing the possibility of extreme employment, professional or other consequences.
