O'Connor MacLeod Hanna was a proud sponsor of the 21st Mayor's Golf Tournament for United Way in Milton which was held on Friday September 10th. The event raised $200,000 towards the 2021 United Way Campaign. Since its inception, the Mayor's Golf Tournament for United Way in Milton has now contributed more than $3 million to local annual United Way campaigns that are directed to United Way approved social service agency programs designed to help Milton residents and families. OMH has been honoured to be a sponsor of this event since its inception 21 years ago. In fact, former OMH partner, Hal Watson, has been the Chair of this event since the event first started and James McAskill, OMH’s current Managing Partner, is also the current Chair of United Way of Halton and Hamilton. The firm has been delighted to both sponsor, and have many of its lawyers participate in, this worthy community cause.
