O’Connor MacLeod Hanna LLP Welcomes Evelyn Perez Youssoufian into the Partnership

O’Connor MacLeod Hanna LLP, Halton’s full-service law firm, is so very pleased to welcome Evelyn Perez Youssoufian as a Partner of the firm effective January 1, 2022. She will be a great addition to the firm’s Partnership.

Evelyn is a wonderful lawyer that is focused on providing sound advice and excellent service for her clients. 

Evelyn joined the firm’s civil litigation and labour & employment groups in 2017.

She brings more than 15 years of varied experience to these areas of law.

Her litigation practice includes shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, contract disputes, libel and slander defamation, malicious prosecution, and enforcement of foreign judgments.

Evelyn’s labour & employment law work includes acting for both employers and employees. Her practice includes advising on wrongful and constructive dismissal, notice, severance, human rights issues, workplace violence and harassment, employment standards violations, employment contract disputes, as well as drafting employee termination letters, contracts and policies and guiding employers through all aspects of their employment needs.

Evelyn believes in strong oral and written advocacy. She is experienced in all levels of the negotiation and litigation process, having appeared at the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Superior Court of Justice, the Provincial Court of Justice, the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal and the Ministry of Labour.
