Paul Stunt, who is counsel to the firm, has over thirty-five years of experience in this field defending, and in the past prosecuting, all manner of criminal charges from murder to shoplifting. Over the past ten years, he has practiced in the trial and appellate courts of Ontario representing those charged with criminal offences.
Our counsel represents adult and young offenders and has the expertise to take on even the most complex cases, whether they are the increasingly frequent allegations of historical abuse or large scale, white-collar offences. A large part of this practice also includes defending drinking and driving offences, domestic assaults, sexual assaults along with property-related offences such as theft, fraud and breaks and enters.
