Practice:
Bob practices civil litigation exclusively. His emphasis is in corporate/commercial work. Bob has practiced civil litigation for over twenty years in downtown Toronto before joining the O'Connor MacLeod Hanna LLP firm. His practice includes litigation dealings with contracts, disputes between shareholders and between partners, mortgage and guarantee disputes, bankruptcy/insolvency disputes, landlord/tenant disputes, disputes respecting will validity and Estate asset ownership, litigation to recover property, insurance claims and “coverage” disputes, and administrative law and expropriation work. Bob has conducted trials and appeals in all levels of superior courts and appeal courts (provincially and federally), along with arbitrations and proceedings before various tribunals. Bob acts for corporations in various industries, for financial institutions, and for individuals.

Bob is a member of the Ontario Bar Association’s civil litigation subsection.
