Carolyn McCarney
Practice:
Carolyn McCarney practices civil litigation. She regularly appears before the Courts and tribunals on behalf of corporations and individuals. Carolyn’s practice includes matters such as breach of contract, employment and estate litigation, construction and various other types of commercial litigation.
Professional Activities:
Carolyn is a member of the Ontario Bar Association and the Halton County Law Association.
Carolyn has been a presenter at several academic conferences on topics involving environmental, taxation and family law and has authored or co-authored multiple publications, including:

Community Activities:
While in law school, Carolyn worked for Queen’s Legal Aid, was the clinical coordinator of the Queen’s Pro Bono Family Law Project and was a volunteer with several clubs and community programs, including as a student mentor for disadvantaged youth. Carolyn has received several awards recognizing her community involvement, including the Knight’s of Columbus Community Volunteer Award and a Ford Motor Company excellence scholarship. While previously a competitive Provincial-level soccer player for many years, Carolyn currently enjoys skiing, wakeboarding and yoga and is a reading/lounging in a hammock enthusiast.
