O’Connor MacLeod Hanna LLP is a Proud Justicia Project Participant

OMH LLP is one of more than 45 law firms across Ontario which has pledged their support to the Law Society's Justicia Project. The Justicia Project is a three-year pilot project, where each firm participant has committed to identifying and adopting principles and best practices that promote the retention and advancement of women in private practice.

OMH LLP has signed a written commitment to achieve the ambitious goals in four core areas: tracking gender demographics, flexible work arrangements, networking and business development, and mentoring and leadership skills development for women.

Jarvis G. Sheridan, Managing Partner of OMH LLP, has committed to working in collaboration with the firm’s appointed Gender Diversity Officer, in the implementation of the Justicia Project programs within the firm. On a volunteer basis the Managing Partner and Gender Diversity Officer have committed to; participation in Justicia meetings of the law firms, sharing information about law firm practices and the development and implentation of the best practices for the rentention of women in private practice.
